Are You a Current CATE Member?

Annual Membership Details

Most annual memberships expire on January 31 each year. The exceptions to this are teachers who purchase 2- or 3-year memberships, retired/lifetime memberships, and those who manually renew at another time of the year other than during the annual convention.

If your membership expires after 3/5/2026, you can take a $50 discount on registration. Refer to the e-mail sent by the CATE Membership Chair, Lori Campbell: membership@cateweb.org.

If you did not receive an email, it’s likely that your membership expires 1/31/2026.

If you aren’t sure, go ahead and register without your membership information. You can then automatically renew your membership with your registration.

How can I find my membership # and expiration date?

Check the mailing label on your Convention flyer or on an issue of California English for your 5-digit membership # and expiration date.
