2. CATE policies specify that convention sessions are not to be used for commercial purposes.

I wish to have a commercial publisher title or logo given as a designator for my session:

Yes No

Give the name of the publisher:

B: Times of Sessions

Sessions are 75 minutes long.

To place presenters into the program, it helps if your schedule is flexible. However, we are aware that some teachers have problems getting substitutes for Fridays, and some out-of-town presenters have planes to catch on Sunday. Please check below if you have such a constraint:

C. Handouts/Room Capacity

Rooms range in size from those holding only 30 to others which hold 100 or more. If you use handouts, duplicate at least enough for your room capacity, or 100 copies for your session. We suggest that you provide your participants a way to contact you if you run out of handouts. Unforunately, CATE is not able to reimburse costs nor can we let you charge for them.

D. Indicate AudioVisual Needs

NOTE: CATE will not supply overhead or LCD projectors to presenters. If your presentation requires a projector, please plan to bring yours to Convention.

Please check one of the following for your presentation:

E. Other Information

Use this box to communicate any special considerations, constraints, etc, that we may need to know that were not covered above.

Deadline for submissions: October 1, 2010

Thank you for taking the time to complete this form electronically. By doing so, you are saving us many hours of data entry time and making a significant contribution to the process of putting on such an important conference. As a non-profit organization, we could not provide such quality professional development opportunities without our many volunteers, including YOU, volunteering YOUR time. Thank you. We greatly appreciate your generosity.
